About Kansas City Compensation and Benefits Association
The Kansas City Compensation and Benefits Association is the Kansas City-area association for professional development and networking among compensation and benefits professionals. We’re the local affiliate of WorldatWork.
The organization’s primary activities are:
- Breakfast and lunch meetings with speakers – generally about six per year
- Afternoon seminars and workshops – generally four or five per year
- Hosting WorldatWork certification courses – usually four per year
- Sharing information about legislative and regulatory changes that affect the profession via meetings, newsletters and our LinkedIn Group
