* Corporate memberships: The Kansas City Compensation and Benefits Association is now offering a Corporate membership that offers a corporate discount when multiple employees become members of the KCCBA. Our goal is to make KCCBA membership more valuable to employers with multiple compensation and benefits staff. Due to member confusion and complex meeting pricing, we are eliminating the flex membership category.
Here’s how it works:
- The first two members from your company will each be charged a $100 annual membership fee.
- For additional members from the same company, the annual fee will be discounted by $50 per year for the third and further members.
- All paid members from your company can attend KCCBA meetings at the member rate.
- All paid members from your company can attend KCCBA sponsored WorldatWork courses at the discounted rate.
- Employers may add an unlimited number of employees to their Corporate Membership
- Membership is non-transferable. It stays with the member when he or she moves.
KCCBA is pleased to offer this form of membership to our corporate members. We hope this added level of flexibility and value will allow even more of your staff to benefit from participation in KCCBA.
Student membership: We also offer a student membership available to full-time students interested in pursuing HR careers.
